If you would like to insert video into your training, select Full Video as your format.
Paste the URL of your video in the Page Video URL field.
You may also add the page audio transcript.
Select Create.
Note: Vimeo is the preferred video hosting site because it offers more control over how your video is played back and is free of advertisements.
