If a Checklist is on Paper, you have three options for creating a course in the LMS for the Paper Checklist:


1) Create a MotiveLMS Checklist based on the paper Checklist.  Follow instructions for How to Create a Checklist Course Type.


2)   Create a Checklist Course Type and make the Checklist Group and Task related to completing the paper checklist.  For example, Group: Recruitment Paper Checklist; Task:  Complete Recruitment Paper Checklist. A scanned copy of the completed paper Checklist may be added to the User’s enrollment.


3) Create a document based PDF Course to be completed printed and completed.  A scanned copy of the completed paper Checklist may be added to the User’s enrollment.
