Setting the Qualification Length (In Years) WILL NOT trigger recursive enrollments. That is done under the Completed Enrollment Actions section.
Setting the Qualification Length (In Years) to Never Expires DOES NOT constitute a One-Time Only course. That is done under the Completed Enrollment Actions section.
