By selecting the Enable Email Notifications, it enables the following notifications:


  1. New Account Notification - this goes to a user when they create a new account using an email as their username.  
  2. New Enrollment Notification – this can be set when an enrollment is created if so desired to alert Employees that they have a new enrollment added to their LMS profile. 
  3. Enrollment Due Notification – this goes to everyone/anyone that has an enrollment either coming due in the next 30 days or has enrollments that are past due.
  4. Group Enrollment Notification – this goes to Supervisors that are over a group(s) of people to show them who has enrollments coming due and when.

  

Additional notifications can be programmed by request and may incur a custom programming cost.
