• When a new user account is created manually by a supervisor or administrator, the following applies:
    • If "Notify User" is checked, and the current organization has `org_enable_notifications` setting enabled, then new account notifications will be sent to new users who have either a primary or secondary email address associated with their new account.
    • New account notifications are sent to users immediately upon user account creation, and contain a link for the user to confirm/activate their new accounts.
    • If a user has not received a new user account notification, a supervisor or administrator may resend the new account notification through the user's account details screen. 
    • If, for whatever reason, a user cannot receive the new user account notification, a supervisor or administrator may opt to copy the user's account activation URL from the user's account details screen, and provide it to the user in some other manner.
