User:  An employee assigned as User can view their training records as well as complete electronic-based training activities.  A User is restricted to viewing personal enrollments, self-enrollable location-specific / company-wide courses, and account information.   

Executive User: An option that enables User Level employees “read-only” access to all areas of the system. This user will be unable to perform administrative functions but can view system-wide reports.

Supervisor: An employee assigned as a Supervisor has permission and full access to settings and data of a single User Group.   A Supervisor can view reports, enroll Active Users in training activities, and update enrollments for their group.

Administrator: An employee assigned as an Administrator has permissions and full access to ALL employee/group data, reporting functions, and system settings.  

Super Administrator: An option that allows a System Administrator to manage ALL Companies/Organizations in the MotiveLMS Multi-Tenant System (Platinum). 

 

*Additional permissions for content authoring, course offerings, user account management, and system settings can be applied.

 

NOTE:   A Supervisor can oversee Secondary User Groups by selecting the “User Can Manage Other Supervisor Accounts” under User Account Permissions.
